Fast response

All engraving is performed in-house at our retail store and workshop in Southampton. The majority of engraving is undertaken in 20-30 minutes. Even during our busiest periods most items are completed within one hour.

The Glass Lady has an extensive range of special interest items, including most Sports, ready for personalisation to suit your requirements. Special requests can be undertaken by our artists who are able to draw and engrave from your ideas and from our large range of reference material.

Easy Parking

Our customers are spoiled for choice. There are parking meters outside the shop, and three multi storey car parks in the immediate vicinity.
